The gently sloping well-drained field, which forms part of the Cheshire View complex, is an ideal location for weekend and AGM caravan rallies. Situated only three miles from the centre of Chester and six miles from the retail and entertainment complex of Cheshire Oaks, it is an ideal base for exploration of the surrounding facilities. Access from the M53 and M56 motorways as well as the A55, A51, and A41 takes only a few minutes. Up to 60 units can be accommodated without difficulty at a reasonable cost. There are also a number of rooms of varying sizes within the building, which can be hired for specific functions as well as a bar, and conservatory area, which are open to all visitors. There are also two excellent crown-green bowling greens, which can be hired, and the bowls pavilion is available for use as the rally office and meeting point. Cheshire View provides a full on site catering facility from bar snacks to a formal dinner and our prices; both in the bar and from the kitchen are extremely competitive. Sample menus are available on request. The site has an effluent disposal point and cold-water points and from the summer of 2007 a limited number of electrical hook up points will be available. In the event of extremely wet weather there is a large car park, which can be used if the field is not accessible. The site is only available for rallies and regrettably individual bookings cannot be accepted.
