All rooms provide a choice of layouts. Also available are a number of other rooms, which may be used as ‘breakout rooms’ for group work. Projectors, screens, TV and video, flip charts and markers come as part of our package that can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. Wireless internet access, copying, secretarial and other office services are also available.

 

Delegate Packages - With Lunch

 

The delegate packages include room hire charge, equipment hire, tea and coffee on arrival. Tea,coffee and biscuits (mid-morning and mid-afternoon), either a hot and cold buffet lunch with sweet and tea or coffee, water and mints.

 

Additional Rooms - charges by prior arrangement.

The following additions can be made:-

Bacon batches(with a vegetarian alternative) on arrival - £3.30 per delegate

A selection of in house prepared baguettes with a choice of filligs, muffins, chocolate bars,crisps and fruit will be available for purchase by delegates.

A hot and cold buffet meal with sweet or sandwich and fruit refreshments (both with tea and coffee) can be made available prior to the start or at the conclusion of all part day meetings, seminars and conferences.

 

For the hot and cold buffet add £11.00 per delegate

For sandwiches and fruit add £9.00 per delegate

Seminar/Conference cancellations within 7 days of the booked event attract a cancellation charge of £100 (exclusive of VAT).Charges are correct at 1st July 2011 but may be subject to change without prior notice.
