To all the staff at Cheshire View,
We just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything that you did to help make our wedding day so special.
When we found out that our original reception venue had gone out of business just six weeks before our wedding, it should have been a disaster... But instead it ended up being the best thing that could have happened, because it meant we had the perfect day at Cheshire View instead!!
Not only did you come to the rescue at very short notice, you were also extremely flexible and able to accommodate all of the things we had arranged – bouncy castle, ice cream van, brass band etc!! This really helped to create the atmosphere that we were aiming for and meant we could have the day that we both wanted.
Special thanks to Belinda for all her help in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. She was always quick to respond to our (many!) queries and always with a smile – she really made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble.
The staff on the day were fantastic as well. We were really impressed with the food and the service and we know that our guests were as well. So many of them commented on what a wonderful time they had and what a great choice of venue it was.

We will always treasure our day with you and wouldn't hesitate to use Cheshire View again for other functions. Once again thank you all so very much.

Can I thank you, Belinda, Gordon and the rest of the team for an exceptional day last Friday at Joy's wedding. The atmosphere professionalism and mood of the day where superb and both Helen, myself, my mum and all the other guests had a superb day.

The room looked fabulous and the improvements to the hall and surroundings ( Patio) enhance the overall experience. Can you please pass on my comments to the Directors, and congratulate them on having the courage to invest in the facilities to make Cheshire view the venue with a view !!! I would appreciate if you could pass my personal thanks to Gordon for his excellent efforts and personal touches that helped make Joy and Steve's day so special.

To everyone at Cheshire View, thank you all so much for making our Wedding Day spectacular, and truly the best day of our lives. Every second of our day was perfect and it was all due to your sheer hard work, done with such cheerfulness and thoughtfulness.
We know our guests would also like us to thank you on their behalf, as they were constantly coming up to us, to congratulate us on finding such a brilliant venue!
Our special thanks to Albert, a fantastic wedding co-ordinator and truly a Gentleman. You calmed our nerves and planned the whole day to perfection. And Belinda, how do we thank such a lovely Lady? You put as much work into our wedding as you would your own. Our meals were gorgeous, both for our wedding breakfast and our buffet. You did us proud, Belinda, and never once did we see that beautiful smile leave your face. Many, many thanks to you and your fantastic staff.
We’d also like to send a big thanks to our Master of Ceremonies. You sorted us out beautifully and timed everything to perfection. You even managed to keep me (Mary) in check, not an easy thing to do!
Thank you again everyone, and we hope to see you all again soon.

We would like to express belated but none the less sincere thanks to you and your staff for the excellent lunch which we received on 20^th December 2010. The food, service, atmosphere and help we received were of the highest standard and started our Christmas celebrations with a bang. We trust that you have recovered from your extremely busy month and managed to have a good Christmas.

On behalf of our Inspector General and the District of West Cheshire we wish to record our thanks to the Directors and Staff at Cheshire View for their excellent service and attention to detail shown to us at today's Supreme Council Meeting. The organisation throughout the day was faultless; everyone was impressed with the building, its appointment, cleanliness and friendly efficient staff. The feedback from delegates and Supreme Council members as they left the building was one of pure euphoria; they had obviously enjoyed themselves thanks to the detail and professionalism shown by your Management and staff.
As our guests return to their homes throughout the country this evening I am sure they will remember the day spent at Cheshire View, it will be the talk of many a robing room for months to come with a secret wish that they could also enjoy the same level of quality at their Masonic Hall as we do. Thanks for all your assistance it was very much appreciated.

The perfect venue for events I was looking for a venue to run leadership, time management, delegation and managing conflict workshops around Chester. I had already been to Cheshire View as for the Brain Friendly Learning events that are held there. One meeting with Cheshire View convinced me that I had found the perfect venue. They have great facilities, in an idyllic location, are wonderfully customer focused (unlike virtually all venues / serviced offices) and represent unbeatable value. I am looking forward to a long relationship with them.

On 3rd July 2010, we were very fortunate to be the first couple to be married in the beautiful Ashlar Room at the Cheshire View Masonic Hall in Christleton. The administration staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble: in fact, we christened Albert, the manager, ‘No problem’ as that was his standard response to any question we asked. Absolutely everything was provided from the pre-wedding bar to the romantic temple to the stunningly arranged banqueting suite to an excellent Toastmaster, Gordon, to the evening refreshments, bar and disco. The Banqueting Manager, Belinda, was on hand at the final stages to advise on the wedding breakfast, which set the seal on the day. The service was speedy and professional, the meal quality and presentation was superb, and the evening bar staff stayed with us friendly and smiling to the early hours. A fantastic day that we shall never forget. All our guests from abroad, and far a field in the U.K., commented most favourably on the venue atmosphere, the service and the hospitality of the Cheshire View and we have absolutely no reservation in highly recommending anyone considering a civil wedding ceremony to book the Cheshire View for an event to remember for the rest of their lives.
